In November 2016, Green Wise (formerly named Tōkō-en) celebrated its 111th year since its founding. As part of the events celebrating this milestone, we held a forum at Daikanyama Hillside Forum, next to the land the company was first built. The forum “111 Project – From Fast Green to Slow Green” lasted 6 days.

The theme of the forum was “Senses over mind: City living for the future.” We collaborated with our various project partners to showcase all that Green Wise has worked on, with exhibits, workshops, and various sessions designed to spread greater understanding of our initiatives by experiencing it through the five senses.

With this forum we hope to foster new connections with all involved with Green Wise, and work together towards a brighter future.
